本系列船用機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)采用微處理器MPU控制技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)，是多功能的通用型報(bào)警監(jiān)測裝置，采用了大規(guī)模集成電路技術(shù)。用于機(jī)艙及船舶其他設(shè)備在運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)異常狀態(tài)（如危機(jī)船舶和機(jī)器安全、人命等）時(shí)，發(fā)出直觀、醒目的聲光報(bào)警信號(hào)，方便工作人員快速做出處理；是現(xiàn)代艦船安全運(yùn)行必不可少的報(bào)警裝置，產(chǎn)品符合CCS規(guī)范及相關(guān)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，該產(chǎn)品性能可靠，質(zhì)量優(yōu)良，可廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外各類艦船。

機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)顯示單元產(chǎn)品面板為PVC貼面，觸摸式按鍵，具有操作簡單、工作可靠、配置靈活、美觀小巧、安裝使用方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

本系統(tǒng)采用美國ATMEL微機(jī)作為主控單元，本系統(tǒng)具有可靠性高、操作方便、維修簡便等特點(diǎn)。

The system uses the American ATMEL microcomputer as the main control unit, the system has the characteristics of high reliability, easy operation, easy maintenance and so on.

2. 主要用途及使用范圍/Main use and scope of use

   機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)主要用于探測主機(jī)等各種設(shè)備閥置開關(guān)量的報(bào)警。如水、油、氣的超溫超壓，水、油液位超限，電網(wǎng)絕源等。如果參數(shù)越限，則對應(yīng)指示燈閃頻并伴有聲光報(bào)警，按消音鍵聲響報(bào)警停止，報(bào)警指示燈變平光直至報(bào)警消除為止。

本系統(tǒng)各個(gè)單元之間采用RS－485通訊。由于采用RS-485總線型數(shù)字傳輸技術(shù)，使連接電纜只有四根（包括電源）。RS－485總線是美國電氣工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)(EIA)制定的利用平衡雙絞線作傳輸線的多點(diǎn)通訊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。它采用差分信號(hào)進(jìn)行傳輸；最大傳輸距離可以達(dá)到1.2 km；最大可連接32個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)器和收發(fā)器；接收器最小靈敏度可達(dá)±200 mV；最大傳輸速率可達(dá)2.5 Mb/s。

The engine room monitoring and alarm system is mainly used to detect the alarm of the valve setting and switching quantity of various equipment such as the main engine. Such as water, oil, gas over temperature and overpressure, water, oil level beyond the limit, power grid source. If the parameter exceeds the limit, the corresponding indicator flash frequency is accompanied by an audible and visual alarm. Press the muffler key to stop the audible alarm, and the alarm indicator becomes flat until the alarm is eliminated.

RS-485 communication is adopted between each unit of this system. Due to the use of RS-485 bus digital transmission technology, there are only four connecting cables (including power supply). RS-485 bus is a multi-point communication standard developed by the American Electrical Industry Federation (EIA) using balanced twisted pair wire as a transmission line. It uses differential signal to transmit; The maximum transmission distance can reach 1.2km; Up to 32 drivers and transceivers can be connected; The minimum sensitivity of the receiver is ±200 mV; The maximum transfer rate is 2.5 Mb/s.

3. 安裝位置/ Installation position

   1、延伸報(bào)警板布置在駕駛室內(nèi)。/ Extended alarm panels are arranged in the cab.

   2、報(bào)警采集板一般布置在機(jī)艙監(jiān)視臺(tái)上，便于觀察報(bào)警指示為宜。/ The alarm acquisition board is generally arranged on the engine room monitoring platform to facilitate the observation of alarm indications.

 3 、各部件的位置力求集中，以便于操作、維修。/ The position of each component should be concentrated to facilitate operation and maintenance.

二、功能/Function

本監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)，分為采集顯示板和延伸顯示板。

The monitoring and alarm system is divided into acquisition display board and extended display board.

采集顯示板功能：采集無源開關(guān)量信號(hào)，經(jīng)內(nèi)部電路處理給指示燈顯示及報(bào)警，并輸出485通訊信號(hào)給延伸板及VDR單元。

Acquisition display board function: collect passive switching signal, through the internal circuit processing to the indicator light display and alarm, and output 485 communication signal to the extension board and VDR unit.

延伸顯示板功能：接收采集板通訊數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)，經(jīng)內(nèi)部電路處理給指示燈顯示及報(bào)警。

Extended display board function: receive the acquisition board communication data signal, through the internal circuit processing to the indicator light display and alarm.

四、安裝調(diào)試/ Installation and debugging

4.1調(diào)試程序、方法及注意事項(xiàng)/Debugging program, methods and matters need attention

4.1.1一般檢查/General Inspection

本系統(tǒng)在船上安裝完畢后，應(yīng)做一般性檢查。/Ordinary examination should be done after finishing the onboard installation of this system.

4.1.1.1接線是否牢靠，有無接線松動(dòng)。/Whether the wire connection is firm, and whether there is loose.

4.1.2功能檢查/Functional Check

本系統(tǒng)送入電源，電源指示燈應(yīng)點(diǎn)亮，表示電源接通。/The system is fed into the power supply, and the power indicator light should be on, indicating that the power is on.

4.1.2.3試燈：按動(dòng)試燈按鈕，該設(shè)備面板上所有指示燈均應(yīng)點(diǎn)亮。/Test lamp：Press the test light button and all the indicator lights on the device panel shall be on.  

4.1.2.4調(diào)光：按動(dòng)調(diào)光按鈕，該設(shè)備面板上所有指示燈的亮度，應(yīng)有變化。/Dimmer: Press the dimmer button and the brightness of all the indicator lights on the device panel shall be changed.

4.1.2.5消音：當(dāng)出現(xiàn)報(bào)警聲響時(shí)，按動(dòng)消音按鈕聲響信號(hào)應(yīng)消除。/Mute：when there is alarm sound, audible signal is to be released by pressing " mute" push button.

五、保養(yǎng)/Service

本裝置采用ATMEL微機(jī)作為主控單元，它具有可靠性高、能耗低、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，且具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)海洋性氣候等特點(diǎn)，完全具備在船舶上使用的條件，具有日本海事協(xié)會(huì)認(rèn)證證書。

This device adopts the ATMEL microcomputer as main control unit, it has high reliability, low energy consumption, the advantages of strong anti-jamming capability, and has compact structure, strong environment adaptability, adapt to the characteristics of maritime climate, completely have the requirement of used on ships, with Japan's maritime association certification.

軟件程序出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格調(diào)試，未經(jīng)船方或設(shè)備廠家同意，任何人不準(zhǔn)擅自打開或修改程序。

The software program has been strictly debugged at the time of delivery. No one is allowed to open or modify the program without the consent of the ship or equipment manufacturer.

出現(xiàn)工作不正常時(shí)，請及時(shí)與廠家或就近與公司代理商聯(lián)系。

5.2.電氣檢查/Electric Inspection

每次開機(jī)的時(shí)候，檢查遙控面板顯示是否正常。是否有報(bào)警顯示。

When start up every time ,check whether remote control panel display is normal, whether there is alarm display .
